The former host of 'The Andy Dick Show' jokingly says, 'It was all your fault,' to Carrie Ann who gave him a 5 for his rumba on Monday.
"Dancing with the Stars" has sent home another weak dancer. Landing on the bottom of the scoreboard following his panned dance on Latin Night, Andy Dick got the boot on Tuesday, April 30.
"I've been talking about it from day one," he began to cry as he described his experience on the show. "It's been the best. It's just been the best." He then jokingly told judge Carrie Ann Inaba who gave him a five on Monday, "I'm going to kill you for that five. It was all your fault."
"But the fact that we're here on week seven is amazing," the funnyman added. "And every week, I'm like, 'Really? How? Why? How?' So, it's been the best thing and I really thank everybody here, the fans out there, you two [hosts Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke Charvet], the judges. It's been a wonderful, wonderful ride."
The night before, Andy had voiced his disappointment about the way he was ranked on the show. "It's not fair," he said. "Carrie Ann shouldn't be comparing us to the others because we're never going to be as good as, say, Zendaya is - well, Sharna [Burgess] already is, but I'm saying that we should be compared this week to how we did lastweek. We are doing better, and I am more confident."
His pro dancer partner, Sharna, was more upset as she said to PEOPLE, "I hate seeing Andy be berated week to week for things that aren't dance related." She additionally told Today.com, "To see Andy be the butt of the joke every week for absolutely no reason (is unacceptable). He works so hard, especially this week with shooting a sitcom pilot. To hear (a judge say) he'd rather forget the dance Andy did? That's not constructive."
With Andy being eliminated, there's only six celebrity contestants left in the competition. They are Kellie Pickler, Aly Raisman, Zendaya Coleman, Jacoby Jones, Sean Lowe and Ingo Rademacher, who was in the bottom two along with Andy.
The latest results show gave a highlight on Tawanda Jones, the founder of youth dance organization Camden Sophisticated Sisters, and Adrianne Haslet, a professional ballroom dancer who was one of the victims in the Boston Marathon bombings. The 32-year-old dancer had her leg amputated below the knee as a result of the wound she suffered in the attack.
"This is the longest I've gone without dancing for as long as I can remember," she said in a taped interview for the show, but she vowed, "I absolutely will dance again." Tom Bergeron said "DWTS" would help her create a dance routine to perform on the show.
Delivering a musical performance was Michael Buble who sang "Come Dance With Me".
