Fox's picture as O'Neil surfaces after she reportedly finished filming scenes "at an underground subway station" last week. She flaunts her beauty in a maroon hoodie, a grey shirt, jeans and a pair of boots.

Before Fox, several actresses have previously portrayed the role, including Judith Hoag and Paige Turco. In 2007's animated film "TMNT", Sarah Michelle Gellar was the voice actress for the character.

Directed by Jonathan Liebesman, the reboot will have "a lot of technology involved" and "a lot of the fight choreography" as previously revealed by Alan Ritchson, who is tapped to play Raphael. Playing Raphael's partners are Pete Ploszek as Leonardo, Jeremy Howard as Donatello and Noel Fisher as Michelangelo.

Also starring "Watchmen" actor Danny Woodburn as Master Splinter and Will Arnett in an unspecified role, the upcoming flick is penned by Josh Appelbaum, Andre Nemec, and Evan Daugherty.

Produced by Michael Bay, the Paramount film will open in theaters across the United States on June 6, 2014.

Producer Bryan Burk reveals that director J.J. Abrams will start filming the 'Star Wars' flick as soon as 'script and a whole bunch of other issues' are set.

Producer Bryan Burk builds fans' anticipation of annual "Star Wars" film, which will grace theaters every summer starting in 2015, with an update from "Star Wars Episode 7". In an interview with Collider, he revealed that director J.J. Abrams might start working on the film, which is penned by Michael Arndt, probably in early next year.

"We're progressing on a schedule to hopefully begin next year, or the beginning of next year," Burk said, before continuing, "And the location is still kind of floating around in the air all depending on script and a whole bunch of other issues."

Producing the film alongside Abrams and Kathleen Kennedy, Burk then added, "As I just said, everything is kind of a free-flowing thing, and when we feel like the story level on this script and everything is really coming together and schedules are all working and pieces line up, we prowl ahead, and 'Star Wars' will be no different."

After acquiring George Lucas' Lucasfilm for $4 billion last October, Disney has had major plans in mind to expand the "Star Wars" franchise. Besides the annual film and new parks, the studio recently closed a multi-year licensing deal with Electronic Arts to let the video game publisher develop games for mobile devices, PCs and consoles based on the "Star Wars" movies.

The studio will retain the rights to develop online and mobile games.

Paramount Pictures Hit With $23 Million Lawsuit Over 'G.I. Joe: Retaliation' Read more: http://www.aceshowbiz.com/news/view/00060093.html#ixzz2Sc6XBKb7

Paramount Pictures, MGM, Hasbro and Di Bonaventura Pictures are facing a copyright infringement lawsuit over their film "G.I. Joe: Retaliation". Filing the suit on May 3, two of "G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra" writers David Elliot and Paul Lovett are demanding $23 million in damages, claiming that their ideas were "stolen" and used without their names being credited at all in the second film.

After "Rise of Cobra" opened in theaters, the two were asked to collect some ideas of a plotline and character descriptions for the next installment. However, they soon learned that they were not offered the writing gig. "On or around December 3, 2009, Defendants notified Plaintiffs that Defendants had decided to engage a different writing team to write the screenplayfor the Sequel," their complaint chronicles.

As "Retaliation" finally came out, the established scribes thought that the film was "substantially similar [to their ideas] in every material way." "These original inventions, which make Plaintiffs' Proposed Sequel a compelling piece of story-telling, have been stolen by the PDH Defendants in the hopes of infusing the 'Joe: Retaliation' Movie with the blockbuster power of Plaintiffs' Work," the complaint continues.

Regardless of whose ideas were used in the script, "Retaliation" was indeed a blockbuster film which massively outdid its predecessor in terms of income. Released on March 28, the action flick took in $51.7 million domestically in four-day take and ranked as the second-best Easter opening, behind "Clash of the Titans".

Directed by Jon M. Chu, the Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson-starring film credited Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick as the screenwriters.

Fierce and brave Ethan Hunt is confirmed to receive a new mission. The IMF agent depicter Tom Cruise has agreed to reprise his iconic role in "Mission: Impossible V". The 50-year-old actor, who recently starred in "Oblivion" alongside Olga Kurylenko, is also on board the upcoming action flick to serve as the producer.

Paramount Pictures and Skydance Productions have not hired any screenwriter or helmer yet. However, Deadline reports that Christopher McQuarrie, who is recently confirmed to pen and direct "Ice Station Zebra" remake for Warner Bros., might be the frontrunner for the directing gig.

McQuarrie has a history with Cruise. The two first teamed up in 2008's "Valkyrie", a World War II tale which was set in Germany. They were later reunited in last year's "Jack Reacher", an adaptation of Lee Child's 2005 novel "One Shot" which also starred Rosamund Pike andRobert Duvall.

Cruise is already attached to lead Guy Ritchie's "The Man from U.N.C.L.E.", which will feature Cruise's collaboration with "Mirror Mirror" and "The Lone Ranger" actor Armie Hammer. Additionally, the father of Suri Cruise is set to star in Warner Bros.' sci-fi flick "Yukikaze", an adaptation of Chohel Kamayashi's novel series.

Warner Bros. has hired Christopher McQuarrie to take a double duty in its upcoming film. Penning "The Wolverine" with Mark Bomback and Scott Frank, McQuarrie is set to take charge of "Ice Station Zebra" as a director and a scribe. The film is a remake of the Cold War film of the same title, directed by John Sturges in 1968.

Adapted from an Alistair McLean novel, the original film followed an American Naval submarine team that raced the Russians to retrieve sensitive photographic material in the Arctic. Starring Rock Hudson, the MGM film also included Patrick McGoohan, Ernest Borgnine and Jim Brown in the all-male cast ensemble.

Since the production is in early development stage, no start date has been set yet. It is also still unknown who will land a role in the remake.

McQuarrie is a frequent collaborator of "X-Men: Days of Future Past" helmer Bryan Singer. The two first teamed up in 1995's "The Usual Suspects", for which McQuarrie won an Oscar. They later regrouped in 2008's "Valkyrie", which starred A-list actor Tom Cruise, and recently in "Jack the Giant Slayer", released in last February.

McQuarrie's latest work "The Wolverine" is slated to hit theaters across the United States on July 24.

Nick Cannon Blasts 'American Idol' Producers for Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj Feud Read more: http://www.aceshowbiz.com/news/view/00060100.html#ixzz2Sc2kceZI

Carey's husband claims FOX and the show's producer 'feed into this whole sound bite drama' between his wife and her fellow 'Idol' judge Minaj.

Nick Cannon Blasts 'American Idol' Producers for Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj Feud

Nick Cannon has blasted FOX and "American Idol" producers for perpetuating a feud between his wife Mariah Carey and another "Idol" judge Nicki Minaj. Stopping by "The Talk", the "America's Got Talent" host called the situation "kind of unfortunate."

"When you see someone like my wife, who tries to remain classy and tries to take the high road, it feels like everybody else around it - including the network and the producers - feed into this whole sound bite drama," Cannon said on the daytime talk show. "It feels like it lacks substance."

Believing that bickering and mean judges were no longer attractive to viewers, he added, "I think America in general is tired of seeing the mean judges and people be mean to people. They're over it. In the book of Mariah Carey, American Idol will be a footnote."

When interviewed on KTLA, Cannon also dished on Carey's future on "Idol". "It's a time when she has so many amazing things going on in her life, if there's something unstable - I think if they get it stable she might re-look [sic] at it, but no one wants to be a part of something unstable," he explained.

Meanwhile, a source said Carey threatened not to show up on "Idol" this week following her latest argument with Minaj. "Mariah doesn't want to come back, Nicki is really disrespecting her and she's tired of trying to bite her tongue all the time," a so-called insider told FOX411's Pop Tartscolumn.

The source added that the "Triumphant (Get 'Em)" singer didn't wan't to return next season. "She's done with it all. She doesn't need the platform, and all the drama isn't healthy for her," the source claimed. "She's also under fire with the producers for not being critical enough of the contestants."

Carey and Minaj's latest bickering sparked as the former pointed out that none of the latter's songs never placed first on Billboard hot 100. The Harajuku Barbie then hit back, writing on Twitter, "What u SHOULD be doing [wit your messy a**] is asking why a woman SO successful at her age, is still so INSECURE, and bitter @perezhilton."

Her war of words with Minaj aside, Carey will make use of "Idol" to premiere her new music video for "Beautiful" on Thursday, May 9's results show.

Rumors have spread like wild fire that Steve Carell will return to "The Office" series finale. Despite the actor's vehement and repetitive denial, TVLine learns that he will make an appearance in the show's swan song.

According to sources, Carell's return will qualify "as more of a cameo than a full-fledged guest appearance." NBC refuses to comment on the story, but a representative for the Michael Scott insists that the last episode will be Scott-free.

Just last week, executive producer Greg Daniels said that Carell wouldn't return as the former boss on Dunder Mifflin's Scranton branch. "I think Steve felt, and I agree, that the 'Goodbye, Michael' episode was his goodbye and he didn't want to overshadow the ending that all the other characters deserved," he stated.

Even if he's not featured in the series finale, Carell has had a reunion with "The Office" crew. He surprised fans when showing up at the show's farewell party held in Scranton, Pennsylvania on Saturday, May 4.

"The Office" series finale will air Thursday, May 16 on NBC. Former cast members Mindy Kaling and B.J. Novak are confirmed to make appearance along with Rachael HarrisDakota JohnsonJoan Cusack and more in the episode, which will also feature a wedding.

'Dancing with the Stars': Zendaya Gets First Perfect Score With Her Threesome Read more: http://www.aceshowbiz.com/news/view/00060084.html#ixzz2Sc1pV4GR

Kellie Pickler's trio with Derek Hough and Tristan MacManus, meanwhile, divides the judges as Len Goodman expects more technique in her dramatic paso doble.

'Dancing with the Stars': Zendaya Gets First Perfect Score With Her Threesome

The remaining six pairs of "Dancing with the Stars" danced twice on Monday night, May 6. They first performed a traditional partners' dance before being joined by another pro dancer for a trio dance.

Zendaya Coleman and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy kicked it off with a cutely choreographed foxtrot. Len Goodman said, "The longer it goes on, the stronger you get," and the judges gave her 28 points.

For the trio dance, Zendaya was joined by Gleb Savchenko to dance a salsa. The Disney star got the spotlight despite the companion of the two pro dancers as Len commented, "These two guys gave up their talent to make you a star." Carrie Ann Inaba called her "the queen of the salsa" and it wasn't exaggerating as Zendaya earned 30 points, marking the first perfect score of the season.

Dancing a tango, Sean Lowe and Peta Murgatroyd could be in jeopardy as the judges criticized his dance. "You're hot and you're cold, you're on and you're off," Bruno Tonioli said, advising him to "concentrate and sustain your dancing." For Len, "it was a little bit ugly." The insurance agent only got 21 points.

Sean got the same score for his trio jazz with Sharna Burgess. "You got out of sync a few too many times," Carrie Ann complained, but praised him for doing the "ambitious routine." Bruno, meanwhile, said, "Plenty of magic with a little bit of tragic."

Jacoby Jones and Karina Smirnoff danced a Viennese waltz and Len "loved it." Carrie Ann thought "that was absolutely stunning." The NFL player earned 27 points.

Cheryl Burke later joined Jacoby and Karina for a paso doble. "Up until now you've just been a pretender. You've become a contender tonight," Len raved, as Bruno called it "raw...powerful...untamed." He got 25 points.

Bruno also sang praise for Ingo Rademacher, saying he "did a great job" with his foxtrot, which he danced along with pro partner Kym Johnson. Carrie Ann thought "that was by far your best posture in the hold." The soap opera star earned 24 points.

His jive with Kym and Lindsay Arnold earned the same points. Len said, "It was full on, it was fun, I liked it," and Bruno wanted "some more." Carrie Ann added, "I thought when we lost Andy that we were gonna lose this heart and this fun. And you brought it back."

While Zendaya was dubbed the queen of salsa that night, Kellie Pickler's dance with Derek Hough earned her the title of a queen of the Viennese waltz from Bruno. Carrie Ann also raved, "You went beyond the steps... You have something incredible." The country singer got 28 points.

Kellie's paso doble with Derek and Tristan MacManus, however, divided the judges. Bruno called it a "masterpiece theater" and Carrie Ann found it "so fantastic," but Len disagreed. "I was expecting more than a bunch of flashing lights and rashing music," the head judge said. Kellie got 27 points for her second routine.

Aly Raisman and Mark Ballas danced an Argentine tango for their first dance of the night. Carrie Ann was "blown away," as Len commented, "It was smooth, it was seductive, it was wonderful." Aly earned 29 points.

Aly later returned for a jive trio with Mark and Henry Byalikov. Len said it had a "terriffic combination," and Carrie Ann suggested, "Keep going in this direction, 'cause it's working." The judges gave her 27 points.

As the broadcast network cancels the documentary/reality legal series, the cable channel picks up the show for a 22-episode new season.

"Cops" is relocating to a new home after 25 seasons on FOX. The documentary/reality legal series will move to Spike TV starting this fall as the original network, which aired the show since its first season in 1989, doesn't pick up the show for a new season.

" 'Cops' is a remarkable series that has been able to sustain strong ratings well into its third decade, a monumental achievement in television," says Spike president Kevin Kay. "As we continue to grow and expand our audience, new episodes of Cops, with its loyal audience of adults 18-49, is the perfect addition to our primetime lineup on Saturday nights."

The show's executive producer John Langley tells TV Guide, "FOX is changing its programming strategy. So I was happy to find a new home with Spike. It matches our demo and it's an aggressive cable network. It's appointment viewing and people know we're on Saturday nights. They just have to turn the dial a little bit."

Spike TV has ordered 22 new episodes of "Cops" which will premiere its 26th season in September. The cable network has also acquired the rights to air repeats of some older "Cops" episodes.

"Cops" was a consistent performer for FOX on its Saturday slot, but a renewal from the network wasn't expected. Back in May 2011, another long-running show on FOX, "America's Most Wanted", moved to Lifetime though it has now been canceled.

The three country superstars appear in the cinematic new clip for the romantic ballad off McGraw's 'Two Lanes of Freedom' album.

It's been two months since Tim McGraw's new country ballad "Highway Don't Care" leaked online before the much-awaited music video was finally unveiled today. But it's truly worth the wait as the Shane C. Drake-directed masterpiece is a fitting visual accompaniment to McGraw's smashing hit from his "Two Lanes of Freedom" album.

The five-minute-and-a-half long clip cinematically tells the storyline that casts McGraw as a Vanderbilt University Medical Center doctor, but that piece of information is surprisingly revealed only towards the end of the video as he attends to a female car crash victim. McGraw's co-star can be quickly assumed to be his love interest in the story as both appear to be exchanging messages on their phones throughout most of the video, with him at home and her on the highway, before she crashes.

Adding to the brilliance of the music video are the beautiful highway views and dramatic shots that feature song collaborator Taylor Swift, whose breathy vocals on the hook adds more romance to McGraw's ballad. Meanwhile, Keith Urban lends his whole-hearted support to McGraw by appearing on the visuals as his guitar-playing prowess is displayed towards the end of the clip.

The three country A-listers' appearance in the music video follows their very well-received live performance of the song in last month's ACM Awards. It turned out to be one of the night's best performances and one of the highlights of show.

More than a month after releasing the single "Who Do We Think We Are", R'n'B singer/songwriter John Legend premieres its lavish music video. The Grammy Award-winning artist already dropped two different versions of the new clip all at once, an expectedly more daring, explicit version and a tamer, official version to cater to the crooner's wide fan base and their varying sensibilities.

Both versions, equally almost five minutes in length, are set in a grand mansion where Legend hosts an elegant soiree, with guests all dressed up to the nines, alternating with scenes of sexy supermodels undressing as the sultry new track unfolded. Except for several breast exposures spread within one of the clips, the two versions are mostly identical.

Featured collaborator Rick Ross appears for his verse that comes midway into the music video. The Bawse does not figure in the lavish formal dance party production but is similarly bejeweled, garbed in full hip-hop royalty bling. Rozay is right at home in the familiar set-up, with his own scenes filled with the same elements of sexy models, wine drinking, cigarette-smoking, jewels and even exotic animals.

"Who Do We Think We Are" is Legend's first single off his forthcoming new album "Love in the Future" due on June 25. No less than rap mogul Kanye West serves as the album's executive producer, with Legend himself co-producing with Dave Tozer.
